Remote work has always been a priority choice for workers, but Covid proved beneficial both for workers and employers. Employers saved their office expenses, and on the other hand, employees saved commute time resulting in enhanced productivity.
Companies need to ensure that employees have the right kind of tools, clear guidelines, and real commitment from the team members.

Regardless of what happens during uncertain times, the key to remaining transparent, communication should go high in all parties involved.
