6 Ways to Leverage Claimable Rewards at Your Company

We’re excited to announce a new feature on the Fond platform: Claimable Rewards! Employees can now self-report completed tasks set by the employer in exchange for redeemable reward points. This update empowers employees to be proactive all while streamlining the distribution of points and any approval processes put in place for admins.

There are many ways to leverage claimable rewards at your company. Here are just a few ideas to consider:

  1. Certification completion
    Create a claimable reward for when employees successfully complete a specific training session, whether it’s a project management program or soft skills workshop.
