Attendee’s lists can be a huge boon for Recruiters/Sourcers as the let you know everyone who attended a given conference or event. However most recruiters don’t think about finding them because they are not sure how. Simply reach into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, a simple xray search with some extras, and a whole lot of website searching
So to source for Attendee’s lists you simply need to use a skill known as xraying, like the one below.
(intitle:*.attendee.list OR inurl:*.attendee.list OR insubject:*.attendee.list) Java Developer
If you run the strings above in google you will get the results below.
Now of course this is generic so simply add what you are searching for to the string.
If we click on say the SAP one you get the below
Now you engage your “Social Detective” skills and let the magic happen.
If you need more info on X-raying see my blog post http://www.recruitingblogs.com/profiles/blogs/seeing-what-is-really…

Until next week, may the source be with you!
